Danzibars Cards Pokémon Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Danzibars Cards and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

2. Sweepstakes Period:
The sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] at 12:00 AM CST and ends on [End Date] at 11:59 PM CST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter:
There are two ways to enter:

a) Purchase Method:
Each eligible purchase made on https://www.danzibarscards.com during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically earn one (1) entry per item purchased (excluding digital products or gift cards).

b) Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

[PO Box or Address – Recommend using a PO Box for privacy]
[City, State, ZIP Code]
Each valid mailed entry will count as one (1) sweepstakes entry. Limit one mailed entry per person per day. All AMOE entries must be postmarked by [End Date] and received by [Five Days After End Date].

4. Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• A curated bundle of official Pokémon trading cards (ARV: $XX.XX)

• Multiple mystery packs (ARV: $XX.XX)

• An exclusive Danzibars Cards gear set not available for sale (ARV: $XX.XX)

Additional Runner-Up Prizes may be awarded at Danzibars Cards’ discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 7 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each entry, regardless of method, has an equal chance of winning.

7. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Danzibars Cards, which are final. Danzibars Cards reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.

8. Privacy:
Information collected from entrants is subject to our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared outside the scope of this sweepstakes.
